This notice explains how Medifly Abroad uses the details you share through an enquiry, consultation request, or mailing-list form.
What we collect
Depending on the form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, MBBS destination interests, enquiry message, preferred consultation date and time, consent choices, and the page where you submitted the form.
Why we use it
We use enquiry and consultation details to respond to your request about MBBS admissions and guidance, including confirming a requested consultation time. A selected time is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We send ongoing email or WhatsApp updates only if you separately opt in.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you, withdraw your updates subscription, or request access, correction, or deletion of your details by calling +91 88007 85786 or +91 96808 55317. Include the phone number or email address you used so we can identify your request.
Storage and retention
When lead capture is active, submitted forms are stored in Medifly Abroad’s Cloudflare database for handling enquiries and subscriptions. We retain information only while it is needed for those purposes or to meet applicable requirements. Access should be limited to authorized Medifly Abroad staff.
